Can you ship to my country?

If ARAMEX or FedEX can ship there, so can we! If you’re unable to figure out please contact us on support@haldenluxury.com with your address and we’ll check the availability.

Is the shipping fee included in the price?

If you live within INDIA , all fees are covered and you will not receive any additional fees to receive your package. If you live outside INDIA, VAT and/or other fees for import are not included and may apply for the customer.

 

We do not have the possibility of estimating these quotes and recommend you to check with your regional customs authority. Returns made due to VAT, duties and/or other fees for import will be subject to a 40% restocking fee.

 

 

What’s the delivery time?

Orders with a value over $150 is usually around 3 – 15 business days world wide.

Our complimentary letter service has an approximate lead time of up to 2 months depending on your geographical location and local postal service.

 

In areas where DHL/ARAMEX/FedEX does not delivery we reserve the right to use another carrier.

 

 

Where is my package?

When you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and, as soon as the shipment is created, an e-mail with your tracking information. All our international orders are sent via ARAMEX/DHL//FedEx and can be traced via their homepage.

 

Please note that confirmation e-mails quite often ends up in spam boxes. Shipments containing only accessories/straps are not sent with FedEx/dhl and usually takes roughly 5-20 business days to arrive and no tracking information will be provide

 

 

Will I have to pay international taxes & duties?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 30% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

 

HALDÈN cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

 

When do I receive the money back from my return?

We usually process refunds at the end of the same week we received your product.

 

 

Why was my order cancelled?

If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. If you are certain that that is not true, please order again with a Paypal account. If you do not have Paypal, you can easily sign up at www.Paypal.com

 

INCASE we have accepted the order but we do not deliver to your location, we will send an email regarding the same and refund the money in original form of payment. PLEASE NOTE , that transaction fee charges will be levied , there if you have any doubt regarding shipping to your country please shoot an email at support@haldenluxury.com and we will be happy to help you.

 

Receive a damaged item?

Receive a damaged item? Please reach out to our Customer Support team at support@haldenluxury.com and they will help resolve the issue.

 

 

What about the warranty?

Warranty for our products is one year from purchase date.( for watches), 3 months for belt buckle.

Please note that the warranty does not cover batteries and/or leather straps (as is practice in the watch industry). The warranty does not cover any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal use, lack of care, negligence, accidents, incorrect use of the watch and non-observance of the directions provided by haldèn.

 

My credit card was declined?

Our service provider requires certain fraud-prevention schemes from your service provider and will not be able to accept your credit card otherwise. The best way to process a purchase if your card got denied is to simply use PayPal. Please note that PayPal is much easier to utilize than it used to be.

 

 

Are you able to declare a lower value on my shipment?

No, we will always declare the correct value.

In the event of a missing order confirmation, please make sure to double check your spam folders/boxes.

 

Please note that orders containing only straps/hanger does not come with a dispatch note since they’re sent in regular letters.

 

As long as funds has been deducted from your account you can be certain that your order has been processed. If you didn’t received your confirmation e-mail and it isn’t in your spam folder, reach out to our customer support at support@haldenluxury.com and we will help you out.

 

 

Can I expect the color of my product to look the same in reality as in the pictures?

Yes, it’s worth noting, however, that different monitors/screens/panels projects colors differently. Our pictures has been optimized for viewing on the most common devices.
