HALDÈN warrants its products will be free from defects in materials and artistry at the time of sale. Our 3 (three) months warranty policy for belts and buckle warrants repairs or replacements for manufacturing defects only.

This warranty does not cover damage or malfunctions caused by normal wear and tear, accident, abuse, neglect, improper handling, misuse, vandalism, or other causes external to the product.

Do not remove the original tags or packaging if you wish to replace or return the product.

Any product which is used by customer doesn’t qualify for return or replacement unless there is a manufacturing defect.



HALDÈN watches are warranted by HALDÈN for a period of 1 (one) year from the date of purchase under the terms and conditions of this warranty. The HALDÈN warranty covers material and manufacturing defects only

During the warranty period the watch movement, indexes, hands and dial are the only components covered under this warranty. These will be repaired or the watch will be replaced free of repair charges, if it proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use.

Defective watch must be registered within 30 days from date of purchase by contacting the our team at support@haldenluxury.com

In case of replacement, HALDÈN cannot guarantee that you will receive the same model watch. If your model is not available, a watch of equal value and similar style will be provided. The warranty for the replacement watch ends 1 (ONE) YEAR from the date the replacement watch is received.
