HALDÈN – 12-Month Limited Warranty

Applicable for Laptop Bags, Backpacks, and Duffle Bags

At HALDÈN, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Each piece is carefully designed to deliver premium form and function. This limited warranty is intended to protect you against manufacturing defects within 12 months from the original date of purchase.

✅ Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in:

• Stitching and seam integrity

• Structural failure of straps or handles due to workmanship

• Malfunctioning or broken zippers, locks, or hardware

• Inner lining tears resulting from material flaws or stitching defects

If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, HALDÈN will, at its discretion:

• Repair the product, or

• Replace the product with an identical or equivalent item (subject to availability), or

• Offer store credit in cases where repair or replacement is not feasible

❌ Exclusions – What is Not Covered

Wear and Tear / Vegan Leather Aging

• Peeling, chipping, cracking, or fading of vegan leather

• Discoloration, scuffs, surface scratches, or texture changes over time

Other Exclusions

• Damage due to misuse, overloading, improper handling, or accidents

• Stains, spills, mold, or moisture-related damage

• Cosmetic damage not affecting product function

• Third-party repairs or modifications

• Normal degradation from environmental exposure or regular use

Please note: Vegan leather, like all synthetic materials, is subject to aging and wear. These are considered natural characteristics and not manufacturing defects.

🛠 Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a claim:

1. Email the following details to support@haldenluxury.com:

   • Clear photographs of the issue

   • A photo of the original purchase invoice or bill

2. Our customer care team will assess your claim within 7 working days.

3. If the claim is approved:

   • The product must be shipped to our Mumbai warehouse. Address details will be shared via email.

   • Repair timelines may take up to 30 working days from the date of receipt.

   • Shipping charges (both to and from our warehouse) are to be borne by the customer.

📌 Additional Notes

• This warranty is valid only for purchases made via official HALDÈN sales channels.

• The warranty is non-transferable and applicable only to the original purchaser.

• Claims without valid proof of purchase will not be entertained.

• HALDÈN reserves the right to determine the nature of the defect and the appropriate course of action.
  
  
  
  

 

HALDÈN warrants –

1. its products will be new and free from defects in design, materials, manufacture, and
workmanship;
2. title of its products and part is transferred to consumers free and clear of any liens and
encumbrances.
Specific warranties, for exchange / return (as set-forth in the respective website document of
Haldèn) for manufacturing defects only, for the products available on this
website/platform are as follows –
1. Belts -
a. Split Leather Straps/ Canvas Leather straps/ Micro fiber Suede straps - 1 year warranty from the
date it is sold to the consumer.
b. Top Grain leather strap/Microfiber Canvas strap/ Full Grain Leather strap/ Tpu Vegan - 5 year warranty from
the date it is sold to the consumer.
2. All Buckles - 1 year standard warranty from the date it is sold to the consumer.
3. Leather Wallets & Cardholders - 1 year standard warranty from the date it is sold to the consumer.
4. Metal Cardholders - 6 months standard warranty from the date it is sold to the consumer.
5. Sunglasses - 1 year standard warranty from the date it is sold to the consumer.

Haldèn may from time to time offer lifetime free service warranty on any of the products
sold through the website / platform.

The warranty will be expired within 1 year (or as per product warranty) from the date of purchase irrespective of the product is used or not. The aforesaid warranty does not cover any damage caused to the products purchased from
this website / platform caused by normal wear and tear, accident, abuse, neglect, improper
handling, misuse, vandalism, or other causes external to the product, in which instance you
will have no recourse against Haldèn.
Haldèn does not warrant that the products displayed on the website/platform will be
available at all times for purchase, for e.g. they may be out of stock.
Haldèn reserves the right to update this warranty from time to time subject to their internal
review.
