At HALDÈN we want you to love what you receive. Every order carries a seven-day window for exchanges and returns from the date of delivery.

Full-priced orders
If your order was placed at MRP, you are covered both ways.
Exchange. We arrange pickup and ship the replacement at no cost to you.
Refund. For prepaid orders the full amount returns to your original payment method. For COD orders we refund by bank transfer.
Sale and discounted orders
Items bought during a sale or with a promotional discount are not eligible for a refund. They remain eligible for one exchange within seven days of delivery. Charges below are borne by the customer.

Exchanging for a different product
You are not limited to the same item. If the new piece costs more, pay the difference. If it costs less, we issue the balance as a HALDÈN gift card.
Quality check
Every returned item passes a quality check on arrival. Refunds and exchanges are processed once the piece clears QC, and HALDÈN reserves the right to decline items that do not meet it.
To start a return or exchange, write to us within seven days of receiving your order and we will take it from there.
