Please note that for all COD orders, refund will be given via bank transfer in name of customer only. For ex. If customer name is "ABC", bank details should be same in name of "ABC".

Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from the HALDÈN official website i.e www.haldenluxury.com. Returned items must be received in new, unused and re-sellable condition. The original packaging and any protective coverings and product information must still be on the product and in the packaging.

WRONG, DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE
If there is an issue with the product itself due to defects in materials or craftsmanship please contact email@example.com right away (maximum within 7 days from date of delivery) so we may replace it for you.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
Simply login to your account and select RETURN or email our customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get you all taken care of.
FOR RETURNS WITHIN INDIA
In most cases , we offer free pick up for the customers in INDIA, however If your logistics doesn't support return pick up services to your location then customer has to ship us the product to our registered address which you will get from customer support team.
HALDÈN is not liable to pay for the shipping cost paid by the customer in case of return from remote locates within India.
We do not offer any return pick up service outside INDIA, however if customer sends us the product back in original condition, the refund is processed as per the policy.
PROCESSING TIME FOR REFUND
Once we receive your returned item we aim to process it straight away although this may take up to seven days. Refunds will take up to 10 business days to clear, but may take longer to appear on bank or credit card statements.
Items that require repair may take up to four weeks to process, but are usually much quicker.
